A pension scheme would be implemented for the economically weaker section among the non-resident Keralites, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said today.
All the financially constrained repatriates, over 60 years of age, would benefit from the scheme, Chandy said.
According to official figures, nearly two million Keralites work abroad, mostly in the Gulf countries.
